Returns 

Thank you for rocking with Halftime Lvg, we appreciate your support. Even though we do not offer refunds, we will be happy to give you a store credit for your purchased items. All items must be returned within 10 days, & be in their original condition. Any items that have been worn, washed, or used in anyway can not be redeemable for store credit. Thank you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN:

Please send us an email with your order number in the subject field. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the package has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item(s).

If you are approved, then your return will be processed. Please allow up to 5-7 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
